Join us on Saturday 3rd October 2026 for 'Hops, apples and grapes', our in-person event all about Gloucestershire's local brewers, cider makers and wine growers. The event will see a talk and a document display about local breweries, and of course free refreshments.

What will happen on the day?

- Document Display of archive records relating to the historical drinking and making of beer, cider and wine all held within Gloucestershire Archives
- Free refreshments, donations welcome
- Treading grapes or incarcerated at the local penitentiary for being drunk and disorderly? Discover your personal heritage with the Gloucestershire Family History Resource Centre, open from 10am.
